Running along the back of four mechanical presses, the Electro Mechanical Vibratory Scrap Conveyor is positioned to allow the scrap from each press to fall on the horizontal reciprocating scrap tray.
The Scrap Shuttle or as it is sometimes known the Friction transporter or the Vibratory Scrap Conveyor is able to transfer scrap/parts on a horizontal tray due to the rapid return motion of the unit.
The Friction Transporter is ideal for under press tool scrap removal due to the low profile scrap tray which can be used.
The vibratory scrap conveyors are ideal for the low profile trays required to remove scrap from the underside of press tool.
