Friction Transporter
The Friction Transporter is ideal for under press tool scrap removal due to the low profile scrap tray which can be used.
One unit - many scrap trays. The maximum width of press bed per unit is 5 metres. So one unit can provide the transporter action for several scrap trays over a 5 metre wide press bed.
The Friction Transporter is sometimes known as the Vibratory Scrap Conveyor.
Belt conveyors can sometimes fail due to scrap/parts becoming trapped under the belts. This is never a problem for the vibratory scrap conveyor - No Belts.
The pnuematic type of shaker can be unreliable if the air is not clean. The Vibratory Scrap Conveyor employs a gearbox powered by an electric 3 phas motor - No Air.
The Elecro/Mechanical unit is built for the press shop. It is a strong robust unit and can be used for many applications outside those of the press or stamping shop.
