Ball Lifters - SMED

Spring loaded Ball Lifters or Ball Transfer Units can be used as individual items positioned in the press bed, which lower when the tool is clamped.

Or, standard Ball Lifters built into pneumatic die lifters so that they have the advantages of the rise and fall, with the ball movement.

The ball lifters can also be used in the manufacture of roller ball tables, used for quick tool changing on presses.

The Ball Transfer Units can be designed into a bespoke handling system, which is able to lower tool change times and increase production rates.

These are also reffered to as Ball Transfer Units.
